Affiliate & Referral Program Terms

Program Summary

Prezenca's referral program rewards paying subscribers who refer new tutors. When a tutor you referred activates an annual paid plan, you earn one free month added to your subscription — redeemable after a 30-day verification window.

1. Eligibility to refer

✓ Eligible to refer

Tutors on an active annual paid plan (Starter Annual or Growth Annual).

✗ Not eligible to refer

  • · Accounts currently on a free trial
  • · Accounts with an expired or cancelled subscription
  • · Accounts suspended for terms violations
  • · Accounts created solely to exploit the referral program

Your referral link is accessible from the Settings page once you are on a paid plan. The link is inactive during your trial period.

2. What qualifies as a valid referral

A referral is valid when all of the following conditions are met:

  • 1.The referred person signs up using your unique referral link
  • 2.The referred person is a new user (no prior Prezenca account)
  • 3.The referred person activates an annual paid plan (Starter Annual or Growth Annual)
  • 4.The referred person's annual payment is confirmed and verified
  • 5.The referred person's account remains active for 30 days after activation

Monthly plans do not qualify

Referral rewards are only triggered when the referred tutor subscribes to an annual plan. Monthly or half-yearly subscriptions by the referred person do not generate a reward.

3. The reward

Credited automatically to your account after the 30-day window

Extension of your current subscription (not a cash refund or credit note)

No cap — refer as many tutors as you like

4. The 30-day verification window

When a referred tutor activates an annual plan, the reward is not immediate. A 30-day window begins during which we verify:

  • →The referred tutor's payment is genuine and not reversed or disputed
  • →The referred tutor's account is active and in good standing
  • →No fraudulent activity is associated with either account

After 30 days, the reward is credited. You will see it reflected in your Settings page under "Referrals."

5. What the reward is not

  • ✗Not a cash reward or cashback
  • ✗Not transferable to another account
  • ✗Not redeemable if your subscription is cancelled or expired at the time of credit
  • ✗Not stackable with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated
  • ✗Not applicable retroactively to referrals made before you were on a paid plan

6. Program integrity

We reserve the right to:

  • ·Withhold rewards if fraudulent activity is detected (self-referrals, fake accounts)
  • ·Terminate a user's participation in the referral program for abuse
  • ·Modify or discontinue the program with 30 days' notice to active participants
  • ·Audit referral activity at any time
