Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Prezenca, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including tutors on free trials and paid plans.

2. Description of service

Prezenca is a web-based software application for private tutors to manage student attendance, generate monthly fee bills, track payments, and send WhatsApp reminders to parents. The service is provided by Rockshaft Media.

3. Account responsibilities

• ·You must provide accurate information at signup including your real name and mobile number
• ·You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account
• ·You must not share your account with others
• ·You must not use Prezenca for any unlawful purpose
• ·One account per tutor — multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted

4. Subscription and payment

Prezenca offers a 35-day free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service. Subscriptions are activated manually upon receipt of UPI payment and confirmation via WhatsApp.

• ·Subscriptions are activated within 2 hours of payment confirmation
• ·Plans renew monthly or annually based on your selection
• ·Introductory pricing is subject to change — existing subscribers keep their rate until renewal

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Prezenca to:

• ✗Store or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• ✗Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the platform
• ✗Create fake accounts or use the platform to spam parents
• ✗Violate any applicable Indian law including the IT Act 2000

6. Data ownership

You own all data you enter into Prezenca (student records, attendance, billing). Rockshaft Media does not claim ownership of your data. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Service availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion, during which you may request an export.

9. Limitation of liability

Prezenca is provided "as is." Rockshaft Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months of your subscription.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
