Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. You may cancel before the next renewal to avoid being charged again.

If you are dissatisfied within the first 7 days of a half-yearly subscription, you may request a refund for the remaining unused months (prorated). No refunds after 7 days.
Annual plans
If you are dissatisfied within the first 7 days of an annual subscription, you may request a prorated refund for the remaining months. No refunds after 7 days.
