Try before you pay

Every Prezenca account starts with a 35-day free trial. No payment is required upfront. We encourage you to use the trial fully before subscribing.

Refund eligibility

Non-refundable

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. You may cancel before the next renewal to avoid being charged again.

Refund eligible (within 7 days)

Half-yearly plans

If you are dissatisfied within the first 7 days of a half-yearly subscription, you may request a refund for the remaining unused months (prorated). No refunds after 7 days.

Refund eligible (within 7 days)

Annual plans

If you are dissatisfied within the first 7 days of an annual subscription, you may request a prorated refund for the remaining months. No refunds after 7 days.

Non-refundable

Trial period

The free trial requires no payment, so no refund applies.

How to request a refund

  1. 1.Email connect@prezenca.in with subject line "Refund Request — Prezenca"
  2. 2.Include your registered email address and UPI transaction ID
  3. 3.State the reason for your refund request
  4. 4.We will respond within 2 business days
  5. 5.Approved refunds are processed to your original UPI within 5–7 business days

Non-refundable situations

  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of Terms of Service
  • Refund requests made after the 7-day window for half-yearly/annual plans
  • Monthly subscription payments
  • Referral rewards (free months earned through the affiliate program)

Service disruptions

If Prezenca experiences an outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours in a given month, affected subscribers may request a prorated credit for the downtime period. This will be applied to the next billing cycle rather than refunded.
